Legal
Effective date: 2026-07-06
These terms govern your use of WordPuppi, a content management and publishing service operated by Webpuppi ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. We have tried to keep them readable — if anything is unclear, ask us.
The service
WordPuppi is an SEO-first content management and distribution platform: you write and manage content, and we build, host, and publish it as fast static sites, with optional integrations such as Google Search Console analytics and content distribution to other platforms.
Accounts
You need an account to use WordPuppi. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information.
Acceptable use
Use WordPuppi for lawful publishing. You may not use it to:
- publish content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is malware, phishing, or spam;
- attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service or other users' sites;
- resell the service itself without our written agreement.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly: Basic at $7/month, Pro at $29/month, and additional seats at $1.99/month per seat. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
- Billing is handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. We never store your card details.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds, except where required by law.
- If a renewal payment fails repeatedly, we may downgrade or suspend the paid features of your account after notice.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect.
Your content
Your content is yours. You retain all ownership rights to what you create and upload. You grant us only the license we need to run the service: to store, process, build, and serve your content so we can host and publish it as you direct. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual copies in backups that expire on their normal schedule.
You are responsible for having the rights to publish what you publish.
Availability
We work hard to keep WordPuppi fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webpuppi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; where practical we will warn you first. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not affect mandatory protections of the country you live in.

WordPuppi is built by Webpuppi. We keep this policy short and honest: we collect what we need to run the service, and nothing more. This page explains what that is, where it goes, and how to get rid of it.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address and name, used to create your account, sign you in, and send you transactional email (receipts, password resets, service notices).
- Content you author. Posts, pages, media, and site settings you create in WordPuppi. This is your content — we store it so we can host and publish it for you.
- Billing data. Subscriptions are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We keep only what we need to know which plan you are on.
- Usage logs. Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) kept briefly for security and debugging.
Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to your dashboard. That is it — no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no third-party analytics scripts following you around the web.
Google user data
If you connect Google Search Console, WordPuppi requests read-only access via the webmasters.readonly scope. We use it solely to display your own search analytics — queries, clicks, impressions, and positions for your sites — inside your WordPuppi dashboard.
- Your Google data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties.
- No human reads it except where required for security, debugging with your consent, or by law.
- Disconnecting the integration deletes the stored Google tokens immediately. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
WordPuppi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who processes data on our behalf
We use a small set of subprocessors, each only for its job:
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and DDoS protection in front of our services.
- RevenueCat — subscription management.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Postmark — transactional email delivery.
- Contabo — server hosting, located in the EU.
We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. Delete your account and we delete your account data, your content, and any connected-service tokens; residual copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days. Server logs are rotated automatically after a short period. You can request deletion, or a copy of your data, by emailing us.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Most of this you can do yourself from your dashboard; for anything else, email us and we will handle it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email before they take effect.
